T-MO Racing: A Legacy of Support and Growth In 2012, I embarked on the T-MO journey, creating a brand and team after retiring from DH in 2011. Along the way, I've been fortunate to have support from various quarters, including cherished partnerships like the one with Trek UK.

T-MO Racing: A Legacy of Support and Growth In 2012, I embarked on the T-MO journey, creating a brand and team after retiring from DH in 2011. Along the way, I've been fortunate to have support from various quarters, including cherished partnerships like the one with Trek UK.

As the years unfolded, T-MO Racing became a platform for nurturing young talent. In 2014, I began supporting Rosie Crumpton in Enduro and Alice Barnes in XC. Alice later pursued a professional road career with Human Powered Health.

In 2015, I had the privilege of assisting the immensely talented Evie Richards, who had been part of our local cycling club, Malvern Cyclesport. Evie’s journey led her to British Cycling and eventually Trek Factory Racing.

From 2016 to 2022, Hattie Harnden followed in Evie’s footsteps, excelling in Enduro alongside XC and CX. The first person ever to have been an Elite National CX champion, DH champion and U23 XC champion. During this period, Meg James joined as a promising XC racer, transitioning to Enduro and DH, securing U21 Enduro wins and Junior DH World Cup victories from 2016 to 2018.

In 2017, Jayden Randell, another talented local from Malvern, shone bright in Enduro as a junior and U21. The years 2019 to 2023 witnessed the prowess of Emily and Corran Carrick Anderson in XC and CX, both taking numerous National Championship titles across different disciplines. Emily now continues her association with Trek as she moves to join Hattie and Evie at Trek Factory Racing.

These riders, part of the T-MO family, have evolved from local talents to champions. Now, as I take a pause from the T-MO racing team in 2024, I’m filled with gratitude for the journey we’ve shared. It’s not just about the victories but the bonds formed, the lessons learned, and the community that has rallied around T-MO Racing. As I look ahead, I’m humbled by the opportunity to refocus on the grassroots of the sport, to continue spreading the joy of cycling and enriching lives through bikes.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey. Let’s keep the wheels turning, together.
